This platform serves as a comprehensive repository of my academic research and teaching experiences. Currently, I hold the esteemed position of Senior Project Manager at the All India Institute of Local Self Government in Bengaluru.

My academic journey began with a graduation in Social Work from Kuvempu University in 2008, and I proudly completed my Ph.D. in Social Work from Tumkur University in 2019. As an avid researcher, my primary focus revolves around community development, migration, and the challenges of marginalization. Notably, my research delves deeply into the standard of living of plantation laborers, exploring their livelihoods and struggles. However, my interests extend beyond this topic, encompassing various other areas such as vulnerability assessment, food insecurity, industrial relations, research methodology, and ethics. Throughout my research endeavors, the role of time remains a recurring and significant theme.

In my role as Senior Project Manager, I actively undertake the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the planning, direction, coordination, implementation, and control of projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. This includes approving schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for the assigned verticals.
• Monitoring and ensuring that all teams within the assigned verticals are meeting their predefined goals and objectives.
• Maintaining a comprehensive view of project health, attentively addressing risks and resolving issues as they arise, while upholding project quality and scope standards.
• Collaborating with the Project Head to ensure adherence to AIILSG's internal processes and governance throughout project execution.
• Overseeing the seamless tracking of multiple projects, resource planning and allocation, task delegation to Project Managers, and timely resolution of issues through escalation as necessary. Additionally, creating ongoing status and evaluation reports for projects.
• Ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly support activities necessary for meeting project schedules and deliverables are completed punctually.
• Collaborating with the Project Head to guarantee the timely submission of project deliverables in accordance with quality, timeline, resource, and budget requirements.
• Continuously developing advanced project management skills and pursuing accreditations or certifications in chosen fields to enhance professional credentials.
• Reviewing project progress reports, leading meetings, and offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.

Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the management based on organizational needs.
